QA Engineer
The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for running a QA process for all of company's products. The role demands an
independent and responsible individual who can collaborate closely with development team, analyze the specifications and
documentation for our products, then design and execute complex test regimes and reports on the results.
The position is located in company's office in Prague, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on the quality of our products by producing regular reports regarding the functional specifications and performance
- Write test plans and test designs. Perform test tracking, bug tracking
- Formulate test cases
- Formulate and revise test scripts, perform testing and document the results
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year experience programming in Java or C++
- Experience with both Windows and nix platforms
- Experience working in a test environment an advantage
- The ability to work in a team and cope well while working to deadline
- Technical English required

Support Engineer
The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing telephone,
e-mail, and web support for company's customers. You'll be dealing with
support issues on products at the cutting edge of technology where
definitive information is hard to come by and the interaction between
the application, operating system and network blur the root cause of the
problem, and where your skill set mix will be fully utilized. Constant
updating to your skills with ongoing training is essential to working in
this changing and challenging environment.
The position is located in company's office in Prague, Czech Republic,
and requires some travel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide post-implementation support
- Respond to customer inquiries by using a web-based tracking system
- Resolve customer problems within service level agreements
- Provide customer resolution reports describing the steps taken to resolve the problem, root causes and preventative measures
- Escalate and manage the resolution of product defects in conjunction with development groups
Qualifications:
- Technical university degree
- Must have strong communication and customer support skills
- Knowledge of OOP
- Good knowledge of Java and XML technologies
- Strong ability to problem-solve technical issues
- Possesses a clear, understandable phone manner and a service-oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Excellent English - spoken and written
